OPINION: United have two months to convince Bellingham and Osimhen to join
Erik ten Hag demanded an answer from his Manchester United team after their loss to Liverpool. That negative reaction must come not only against Real Betis tonight, but in the coming months.
The way United have been humiliated has called into question how much has really changed this season and whether Ten Hag's revolution was really as successful as it seemed a week ago.
United did what they hadn't done in almost six years when they won the Carabao Cup at Wembley, and then followed that up with something they hadn't done in 92 years, losing by seven goals.
The task now is not just to bounce back with a dominating performance against Real Betis on Thursday night, but to prove that the Anfield annihilation was a unique and rare result that will always be considered an anomaly.
It's particularly important given that the next two months of the season will effectively act as a sales pitch for any summer recruit, as United look to convince key targets why a move to Manchester at the end of the season would be best.

Plano Marcus Rashford
Real Betis defender Youssouf Salaby detailed his studious approach to managing Marcus Rashford during Thursday's Europa League clash.
The key to keeping Real Madrid at bay in Sunday's 0-0 draw was a strong defensive performance from right-back Salaby, who kept Vinicius Jr calm at the Estadio Benito Villamarín.
And with another enormous task ahead in the managementRashford, the 30-year-old has been working hard on his preparation, according to what he saidAS:
“I've seen United game clips, but we all know their big names. At the offensive level they are very dangerous, it is a very complete team. I study the player I'm going to face to see if he tends to take more advantage of speed or to know how I can defend him ”.

OPINION: United have better options to sign strikers than Harry Kane
Harry Kane's smartest move before the end of the season would be to appoint a new agent. Charlie Kane advised his brother to commit to another six years, his best years, with trophy-less Tottenham in 2018. Replacing Charlie with a specialist middleman would be a more clinical move than any of Kane's finals. .
Glory Glory was not going to be returned to the Spurs five years ago. When Kane wrote his signature on those papers, Tottenham had just lost their second successive FA Cup semi-final and finished below Manchester United in the Premier League table. that is, they reached their peak with Mauricio Pochettino.
A fortuitous run to the Champions League final in 2019 all but vindicated Kane's allegiance, but Spurs failed to appear in the Madrid final. They have since named two series winners to train and persuade the club to win. Jose Mourinho was dropped six days before the cup final and Antonio Conte is unlikely to be at Spurs next season than Kane.

Pellegrini makes clear his thoughts on United's defeat
Speaking to the media yesterday, Pellegrini made it clear that he was not sad to see United lose at the weekend.
It was really amazing. I was watching the first 45 minutes because then we had to play against Real Madrid, so I couldn't see when Liverpool scored the other six goals. But of course I immediately understood what would happen at Manchester United. In the rivalry with Liverpool, for them to concede so many goals, it would not be easy for them. But I'm also a Manchester City fan, so I wasn't too sad about what happened.

'If it was my son, I'd hit him' - Ten Hag gave strange advice for dealing with Garnacho
Former River Plate manager Néstor Gorosito has given Garnacho some advice after he recently came under fire in his home country for mocking Barcelona.
Talking withT&C Sports, Gorosito said:
You always have to prioritize the group, that's the most important thing. The rules are clear and must be followed by everyone, from the youngest player to the oldest, including the coaching staff. Seek respect, try to bring him to your side, so that he doesn't do crazy things, I don't know players who don't adapt, not because of a stick, but by convincing him, showing him what is good and what is bad He (Garnacho) is going to be wrong because he is 20 years old and that is when he has to make mistakes, it is part of life. We have to understand that it is a different generation from ours and that the kids who talk nonsense on the internet have 70 million followers, they don't pay anywhere, they have a German car, saying nonsense is another generation and I think it's nonsense. If he's one of my sons, I'll hit him on the back of the neck with an open hand, but that's how it is.

Former Liverpool star names Roy Keane the next perfect manager
Former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse believes that Roy Keane would be the perfect next manager for United.
Talking withmr pingCissé believes the former captain is an ideal choice for the Reds, having previously worked with him at Sunderland.
I think Keane can manage Manchester United for sure. He knows the club, the city and everything by heart. He knows everything there. He is a club legend who captained the team. He would be a perfect match. Roy Keane as a human being was very different from what everyone says about him, in that he was angry and yelled all the time. He was actually very calm. He was a fair coach, if you were a better player than someone in your position you would be playing in his place. It was a short time, but I really enjoyed it.

United said Rabiot would do better for Arsenal
Former Chelsea player Florent Malouda has revealedBet DAZNthat Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot would be better suited for Arsenal than United.
Reports this week have linked United with another move to Rabiot in the summer after talks broke down last year.
However, the Frenchman was urged to move to the Emirates:
Adrien Rabiot would be a good signing. He is fit and playing a lot. But I think he would be more suitable for Arsenal than Man Utd. While he is a great signing for anyone with his skills, he can play many different positions. But it is important that he has a connection with the coach, that he is being used well. He is very talented. He can be seen in France, he is doing a lot of work, a lot of dirty work to compensate attacking players and help balance any team. He is a talented player.

Rashford responds to critics after Liverpool defeat
Marcus Rashford said it was "absurd" to claim the players had given up during Liverpool's record defeat at Anfield, but conceded they suffered from a lack of organization in the second half.
“We didn't give up, that's absurd. We were disorganized, yes, the communication was bad, yes, that's why we conceded the goals, ”he said.
